Deposit Policy
A deposit is required to reserve your appointment and guarantees your time slot. Because that time is set aside specifically for you, deposits are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred.
If you cancel, miss your appointment, or arrive more than 30 minutes late, your deposit will be lost. Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours in advance; otherwise, a new deposit will be needed to book again. With enough notice, up to two reschedules are typically allowed, but further changes may require another deposit.
Your deposit applies to the original tattoo idea discussed at booking. Significant changes to the design may be treated as a cancellation unless approved by the artist. Pricing may also be adjusted if appointments are rescheduled multiple times or delayed for an extended period.
